# Herkunft und Lizenzen

EPSA-XY steht unter der **GNU General Public License, Version 3 oder später** (GPL-3.0-or-later, Text in `LICENSE`). Der Grund ist reSID (GPL-2.0-or-later): Es steckt als WebAssembly im Audio-Worklet und macht das Ganze GPL.

Nicht von Teenage Engineering. OP-XY, OP-1 und OP-1 field sind Marken von teenage engineering AB und stehen hier nur, um zu beschreiben, für welche Geräte die Screens gedacht sind.

**Nicht online:** Hurdy Gurdy (open-xy-hurdygurdy) hat keine Lizenz, nur eine Erlaubnis zur Verbreitung über den Open-XY-Katalog. Kein Code aus dem Stock-OS von Teenage Engineering ist enthalten: Die Maschinen und Effekte sind eigene oder MIT-Quellen, kompiliert gegen die Open-XY-Header.
